When Minnesota United FC (MNUFC) unveiled its new home, Allianz Field, it also unveiled a new frontier in stadium food. Minnesota’s Major League Soccer club partnered with celebrity chef Justin Sutherland to curate a diverse menu from local restaurants that would capture the global essence of soccer and feature the community surrounding Allianz Field.
Exponent was tapped to tell this exciting, industry-defining food story, highlighting partnerships between Chef Sutherland, Allianz Field food provider Delaware North, and various local restaurants, including Afro Deli, Brasa, Handsome Hog and more.
The public relations program uniquely highlighted the food experience that was global in scope, local in focus and always dynamic.
